An apparatus for collecting waste solder paste is provided to be improved in order to prevent environmental contamination generating during a process step by extracting are separating flux and glass or plastic containers occupying about 10% of total amount of the waste solder paste using a non-combustion method. An apparatus for collecting waste solder paste contains: a furnace(10) having a casing(12) forming a first space(15a) mounting a first heating unit(17a) and a second space(15b) mounting a second heating unit(17b) continuously; a container transport unit including a conveyer belt(42) passing through an inside of the casing of the furnace to a traverse direction and a drive motor(44) rotating the conveyer belt at crawler-type having a container seating groove and transferring the containers inside the furnace; and a melting furnace(60) located in a bottom of a hopper of the furnace, having a housing containing metal material and flux dropped from the container, including a third heating unit for specific gravity-separating the metal material and the flux and comprising a metal material telecommunications outlet(66a) and a flux telecommunications outlet(66b).
