A distribution line forming panel of a high voltage underground cable is provided to optimize a size of a concrete structure without an additional passage space by rotating a shelf in left and right directions. A rotary shaft(100) is installed an inside a concrete structure. A guide member(200) includes an arc-shaped guide rail. The shelf(300) includes an upper joint(310), a lower connecting part(320), and a supporting plate. The upper joint is fixed to the rotary shaft. The lower connection part is fixed to a guide rail of the guide member. The supporting plate is used for supporting the distribution line (C). A fixing unit(400) includes a first and second solenoids(410,420), a control unit(430), and a first to fourth input units(440,450,460,470). The first solenoid is positioned at a left front end of the guide rail in order to maintain a rotating state of the shelf. The second solenoid is positioned at a right front end of the guide rail in order to maintain the rotating state of the shelf. The control unit controls operations of the first and second solenoids according to control signals of the first to fourth input units. The first and third input units output an operational signal of the first solenoid to the control unit. The second and fourth input units output an operational signal of the second solenoid to the control unit. The first and fourth input units are installed in a right inner wall side of the concrete structure. The second and third input units are installed in a left inside wall side of the concrete structure. |
