APPARATUS FOR DEVICE ASSOCIATION/CONTROL INFORMATION CREATION FOR REALISTIC MEDIA REPRESENTATION AND THE METHOD THEREOF

An apparatus for creating device association/control information for realistic media representation and a method thereof are provided to be applied to various fields such as health care, home entertainment, etc. by maximizing a media present effect in a ubiquitous home environment. A media analyzing unit(32) analyzes the contents of media by loading the media, and determines a control point and a control value by control parameter of a device associated when reproducing media. A device information creation unit(33) searches peripheral devices connected to a media reproduction device and creates device information by device. A device parameter creation unit(34) extracts matters which can be controlled by device and generates device parameter information. A device attribution database unit(36) stores the device information and device parameter information. A device control information creation unit(35) creates device control information from the device information and the device parameter information.
