A torch device capable of adjusting the flame direction is provided to improve safety of an operator and work efficiency by avoiding the work of the operator under high temperature or inferior environment. A torch device capable of adjusting the flame direction comprises a torch(70) emitting flame, a rotation frame(10) regulating the direction of the torch right and left, a rotating casing member(30) installed on the rotation frame and turned up and down in order to regulate the direction of the torch up and down, and a torch back-and-forth moving unit installed in the rotating casing member in order to move the torch back and forth.
