The arrangement (10) has a main part (12) whose front portion (22) extends along a backrest (14) of a front seat (16) till a floor pan of a motor vehicle i.e. car, and a rear portion (24) extending along a base (18) of a rear seat (20). An intermediate portion (26) is formed between the front and rear portions of the main part, and extends along the pan. A lateral part (36) extends along the base of the rear seat from the backrest of the front seat. An accessory e.g. pen, supporting unit (44) and storage pockets (40, 42) are provided at the front portion of the main part and the lateral part.
