<p>PURPOSE: A flexible water supplier for quick change stand of continuous casting facility is provided to improve working productivity and reduce maintenance cost by enabling casting to be completed in the state that the minimum quantity of leakage is maintained during leakage, preventing wear of mold copper plate and performing continuous casting for a required time. CONSTITUTION: In a flexible water supplier comprising a hollow outer skin(245) formed of flexible material to supply cooling water as maintaining vibration, the flexible water supplier(1) for quick change stand(250) of continuous casting facility comprises a hollow cylindrical upper housing(10) which is installed at an inner side of the outer skin(245), and an upper part of which is fixable to an upper part of the outer skin(245); a hollow cylindrical lower housing(30) which is slidingly connected to a lower part of the upper housing(10) through packing(50), and a lower part of which is fixable to the outer skin(245); and a pilot screw(20) which is mounted on an intermediate hole(15) of the upper housing(10) so that a fluid is connected between an inner diameter part of the upper housing(10) and an outer space(70) of the upper housing(10), wherein an outer diameter of the upper housing(10) corresponds to an inner diameter of the lower housing(30) so that a lower part of the upper housing(10) is slidingly inserted into an upper part of the lower housing(30), and the upper housing(10) and lower housing(30) are inserted thus connected to each other so that superposition part(13) is formed.</p> |
