An ignition noise removal device of a vehicle is provided to remove ignition noise more effectively by connecting the (-) line of an ignition primary coil to the inside of the shield wire and the (+) line to the outside of the shield wire. An ignition noise removal device of a vehicle comprises an alternator, an ignition switch, an ignition primary coil, an ignition secondary coil and an electronic control unit. The (-) line of the ignition primary coil is connected with a transistor emitter terminal of the electronic control unit through the inside of a ground shield wire, while the (+) line is connected to the ignition switch with contacting the outside of the shield wire.
