A mounting structure of the cowl cross bar for automobile is provided that the welding nut and the adjustment nut combined with bracket are rigidly combined to the vehicle panel. A mounting structure of the cowl cross bar for automobile comprises a welding nut(10) welded with a bracket, an adjustment nut(20) which is connected to welding nut and adhered closely to the vehicle panel, a bolt(30) connected with welding nut. The welding nut includes a protrusion(12) combined with the bracket, an inner thread joined to the bolt, an outer thread(16) joined to the adjustment nut. The adjustment nut includes a fastening screw thread combined with the outer thread of welding nut, a guide screw thread(24) guiding the bolt to the welding nut, a hexagonal groove(26) in which the hexagonal driver is inserted.
