FACE RECOGNITION SYSTEM AND FACE RECOGNITION METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face recognition system and a face recognition method with high recognition ratio by converting imaging data regarding background except a face of the imaging data obtained by imaging the face into data having feature unique to the imaged face and positively utilizing the imaging data in the face recognition system and the face recognition method which recognize and discriminate the face. SOLUTION: Data regarding background of the imaging data of the face is converted into data unique to the face to perform image processing by providing: a face imaging part which images the face; a face data segmentation part which segments data regarding the face from the imaging data imaged by the face imaging part; a background unique data extraction part which extracts the data unique to face image data from the segmented image data regarding the face; and a part which performs the image processing to the image data about the background left by segmentation of the data regarding the face by the face data segmentation part from the imaging data using the data extracted by the background unique data extraction part to make background image data unique.
