PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic mold for foaming molding which can prevent production of a burr and a remarkable level difference part in a molded article and to provide a method for foaming molding using the metallic mold. SOLUTION: In the metallic mold 1 for foaming molding which has an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 3, a packing 5 extending along a cavity of the metallic mold is provided at a contacting surface between the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 3.
