<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypotensive agent which has an excellent effect on lowering blood pressure, improves such diurnal fluctuation of blood pressure as nocturnal hypertension and early-morning hypertension, and exhibits less adverse effects; and to provide a therapeutic agent for circulatory diseases, being constituted of the hypotensive agent. <P>SOLUTION: The hypotensive agent contains a bronchial dilator (particularly any one of tiotropium, ipratropium, oxitropium and their pharmacologically acceptable salts) and the therapeutic agent for the circulatory diseases is constituted of the hypotensive agent. The therapeutic agent is effective in treating the circulatory diseases of hypertension, congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, ventricular arrhythmia, sleep apnea syndrome and renal failure; and is the agent for treating, in particular, such hypertension as therapy resistant hypertension, nocturnal hypertension, early-morning hypertension, hypertension accompanied by decreases of lung function and hypertension accompanied by obstructive pulmonary diseases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
