PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection/transmission control structure having frequency selectivity of not reflecting a specific frequency and not transmitting another specific frequency, and a reflection/transmission control member having high transparency. SOLUTION: The reflection/transmission control member utilizes that a specific inductive capacity of an array sheet wherein cross patterns 1 made of a conductive material are periodically arrayed shows resonance dispersion.
