PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence X-ray analyzer and a fluorescence X-ray analysis method, capable of easily distinguishing between the results measured by a fluorescent X-ray. SOLUTION: This fluorescence X-ray analyzer is provided with a measuring instrument 2 for measuring the fluorescent X-ray from a sample 10, an imaging device 3 for acquiring respectively image data of the whole sample 10 and a measured portion of the sample 10, and a control part 13 for controlling the image data of the whole sample 10 and the measured portion respectively corresponding to the measured results.
