PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the output torque stability of a driving source by setting a target value of output torque according to an output shaft rotating speed hardly affected by a dead time in the driving source. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including steps of: detecting an engine rotating speed NE on the basis of a signal transmitted from an engine rotating speed sensor (S104), calculating an engine rotating speed NE from which the engine dead time for a target value of output torque has been excluded (S106), calculating an engine rotating speed NE in which the engine dead time for the target value of output torque has been reflected (S108), correcting an actual engine rotating speed NE (S110) according to the difference between the engine rotating speed NE from which the engine dead time for the target value of output torque has been excluded and the engine rotating speed NE in which the engine dead time for the target value of output torque has been reflected, and setting the target value of the output torque depending on the corrected engine rotating speed NE (S112).
