PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device which alleviates both numbness and pains that a patient feels during a treatment while ensuring a compression hemostasis treatment. SOLUTION: The hemostatic device 1 is equipped with a plate member 3 for pressing a liquid suction member 2 against a wound site of the patient, a belt 4 for fixing the plate member 3 to a patient, and a blood circulation promoting member 80. The member 80 contains oxidized titanium and is firmly fixed on a side to be into contact with a skin on the plate member 3. The liquid suction member 2 is pressed against the wound site by fastening the belt 4 and fixing the plate member 30 to the patient, and the compression hemostasis is performed. Because of the effects of the oxidized titanium on the member 80, the promotion of the blood circulation in the neighborhood of the wound site is achieved, so that the alleviation of numbness and pains is achieved.
