PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, a spare seedling tray structure for riding-type rice transplanter, which can be constituted in a vertically compact manner, in a stored state, and can improve operability, when the state of a spare seedling-loading portion is switched. SOLUTION: This spare seedling tray structure for riding-type rice transplanter is characterized by disposing a connected loading portion 40 connected to a support frame 33, and a movable loading portion 50 forward or backward movable along the connected loading portion 40, wherein the movable loading portion 50 can be switched into an extended state forward or backward moved from the connected loading portion 40, or a stored state stored in the connected loading portion 40.
