PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crocodile clip in which sufficient pinching force and pinching characteristics can not only be secured even if a terminal part has a shape and dimension hard to be pinched, but also which shall not easily fall off even if vibrations and impact are applied in a pinched state. SOLUTION: The crocodile clip equipped with conductive tooth parts 2a, 11a in contact with a terminal part 30 of an equipment on a tip side, and a pair of pinching pieces 2, 10 coupled with each other openably/closably by a rotating shaft 15. At least the tip side of one pinching piece is equipped with at least two branching pieces 11, 12, the respective branching pieces are equipped with the tooth parts respectively, and it is constituted enabled to be pinched to at least three points of an outer periphery of the terminal part by collaboration of the tooth part of one pinching piece and the tooth part of the other pinching piece.
