PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a diffusion test for a toxic substance in a building constitution material, by simulating a circulation ventilation situation in a building or the like. SOLUTION: This diffusion test system 10 is provided with: a chamber 11 with a sample S stored in its inside; an air cleaner 19 for cleaning flesh air taken in from an outside of the system; an air supply flow channel 20 for guiding cleaned air passed through the air cleaner 19 into the chamber 11; an exhaust flow channel 27 for guiding exhaust air from the chamber 11 to the outside of the system; a collection part 29 for taking one part of the exhaust air in from the chamber 11 to collect the toxic substance from the sample S; a circulation flow channel 34 branched from the exhaust flow channel 27 to be connected to the air supply flow channel 20; and control means 23, 31, 35 for controlling respective air flow rates flowing through the respective flow channels 20, 27, 34. The system 10 is constituted to control total flow rate of the exhaust air flowing outside the system and in the collection part 29 to be equal to a flow rate of the cleaned air, and to mix the cleaned air with the exhaust air at a prescribed ratio, so as to be supplied into the chamber 11.
