A method and a system for synchronizing financial transaction with a chargeable account ledger of a financial facility in real-time, and a recording medium thereof are provided to offer the financial transaction conveniently and simply according to a chargeable account operation policy of a cooperated company while keeping security, which is the most difficult problem of non-facial financial transaction. A customer terminal(190) provides information for requesting a chargeable account to a chargeable account registration server(100). The chargeable account registration server receives and provides the chargeable account request information from the customer terminal to an information processing server(140). The information processing server receives the chargeable account request information from the chargeable account registration server and registers a chargeable account ledger corresponding to a chargeable account of a customer to a financial system.
