A laser trimming device using image processing is provided to minimize that a protective layer of printed circuit board is damaged by laser as by making laser trimming only about the register formed in the printed circuit board. A laser trimming device using image processing comprises an optical system(100) producing laser beam and irradiating in a register; an image information generator(120) producing video information of an electrode pattern connected to the register; a resistance detection unit(130) measuring a resistance value of the register; and a controller(140) controlling the optical system based on the video information generated with the image information generator and the resistance value measured with the resistance detection unit.
