<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum brake capable of molding and coupling a pair of plate-like members of an enlarging mechanism by press working. <P>SOLUTION: (a) A lever member 54 is constituted under a condition that a pair of plate-like members 66, 68 molded by press working are overlaid on each other, and (b) tip parts 66d are caulked and deformed in such a state that a plurality of coupling projections 66b locally projected from a plate-like member 66 by press working are fitted in coupling holes 68b formed through the plate-like member 68. Therefore, the plate-like members 66 and 68 are coupled with each other, and so the pair of plate-like members 66, 68 constituting a lever member 54 of an enlarging mechanism 28 are molded by press working. The tip parts 66d can be caulked, deformed and coupled by press working in such a state that the coupling projections 66b are fitted in the coupling holes 68b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
