PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of processing for acquiring position information on a communication partner or eliminate the need for the processing when controlling output of identification information on the communication partner according to the positional relation between a local position and the communication partner. SOLUTION: When a CPU 11 displays identification information on a nearby communication partner among communication partners stored in an address book storage unit AD, the CPU extracts one communication partner from an address book based upon position information on itself and communication partner information stored in the address book to acquire the position information without acquiring position information on all the communication partners stored in the address book storage unit AD.
