PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a website by connecting a Web manager terminal and a Web camera, and acquiring an image to be used for the website from a video image of the Web camera, and processing the image on the Web. SOLUTION: The Web camera is connected to the Web manager terminal, and the website address of the image processing/image acquisition system of a Web server is accessed from the Web manager terminal through the Internet, and an image processing/image processing program is stored in the program storage part of the Web browser of the Web manager terminal, and an image acquisition/image adjusting operation screen is displayed on the screen of the Web browser, and the continuously reproduced images of the Web camera are displayed on the screen. Thus, the video display and image adjustment and image acquisition of the Web camera can be achieved on the Web browser of the Web manager terminal, and website data with an image can be registered in the Web server.
