<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersed resist composition for color filter excellent in developing characteristic in addition to high transparency and high contrast. <P>SOLUTION: The pigment dispersed resist composition for color filter contains an organic pigment, a pigment dispersant, a film forming resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerizable initiator and a solvent, the pigment dispersant including two components of (A) an acrylic block copolymer having amine value of 20-40 mgKOH/g and acid value of 15-25 mgKOH/g, which is obtained by living anionic polymerization and (B) an urethane-based dispersion resin having no acidic group within the molecule, which is obtained by reacting a compound of number average molecular weight of 300-10,000 having one or more hydroxy groups within the molecule and a basic group-containing compound having a functional group reactable with isocyanate group within the molecule with the isocyanate group of a polyisocyanate compound, and (A) and (B) being included in a mass ratio of 90/10-50/50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
