PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of improving accuracy in estimating a location of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a delay time acquisition section for acquiring a delay time of a signal between a mobile terminal 10 and a base station 20; a location information acquisition section for acquiring a location of the base station 20; a calculation section for calculating a location of the mobile terminal 10 on the basis of the delay time and the location of the base station 20; and a provision section for providing location information of the mobile terminal 10, wherein the provision section provides the location of the mobile terminal 10 calculated by the calculation section as location information of the mobile terminal 10 when prescribed exception conditions are not satisfied, or provides the location of the base station 20 as location information of the mobile terminal 10 without using the location of the mobile terminal 10 calculated by the calculation section when the prescribed exception conditions are satisfied.
