A supporting device for a display unit and a display unit having the same are provided to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying assembling process and reducing number of component. A first supporting member(30) in which a groove in which the lower part is opened is formed inside is combined with a main body of a display device. A main body connection part is extended from the exterior to combine the first supporting member with the main body. A second supporting member(40) in which exterior corresponds with a groove is equipped with a connection part and is inserted into the groove. A shaft coupling hole(43) in which the connection shaft passes through is formed. A rubbing unit(70) is installed between a connection shaft exterior and a connection part. A rotation limitation unit(80) is prepared in the groove inner surface and connection part exterior in order to limit the rotation of the first supporting member about the second supporting member to a fixed range.
