<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming apparatus capable of forming an image of high and stable quality by preventing the block of the flow of cooling air, so as to maintain the cooling performance of a cooling mechanism, suppressing a large size of an apparatus and cooling developing devices for four colors, so as to suppress the decrease in flowability of developer. <P>SOLUTION: The color image forming apparatus 1 includes: cooling fans 60 to 63 which suck outside air into an apparatus body 2; ducts 69 to 72 and flexible tubes 53 to 56 by which the sucked air is made to flow between the cooling fans 60 to 63 and the developing devices for respective colors 35, to cool the respective developing devices 35; dustproof filters 91 to 94 which are disposed on the upstream side of the outside air suction of the cooling fans 60 to 63 and to which dust included in the outside air is adhered; respective airflow amount detecting means 75 to 78 which are disposed in the respective ducts 69 to 72 and detect the flow amount of the sucked air; and a control section 80 which controls respective blades 65 to 67, so as to take in the air from the adjacent ducts 69 to 72, when the airflow amount detecting means 75 to 78 detect a detected value having a predetermined value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
