PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which a lubricating oil is early deteriorated when a biodiesel fuel or its unburned content is mixed into the lubricating oil by mixing the biodieasel fuel with light oil in a diesel engine. SOLUTION: A lubricating oil composition for diesel engine corresponding to a biofuel is prepared by adding different type antioxidants of a phenol-based antioxidant and an amine-based antioxidant to a lubricating oil composition of diesel engine for automobiles, and the lubricating oil composition comprises 0.5-5 mass% phenol-based antioxidant and 0.5-5 mass% amine-based antioxidant, wherein total amount of both antioxidants is≥2 mass%. Aggravation of cleaning performance of a lubricating oil is effectively prevented and deterioration of the lubricating oil can be suppressed thereby even when a biodiesel fuel is used in a state mixed into a fuel.
