PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin forming method for a sheet material where resin sealing and forming are performed without damaging the surface shape of a sheet material in which the surface shape is easy to be deformed or broken. SOLUTION: A substrate material 1 in which a recessed part is formed at the upper face is formed, and the formed recessed part is stored with a sheet material 3, and a resin material for pretreatment is applied to the upper face. Regarding the applying method thereof, it is applied in such a manner that a liquid resin material is uniformly scattered by a spray, or the upper face is coated with a resin film, and melting is performed by heating. A resin material for sealing is made to flow along the face direction on the whole of the upper face of a lower die 100 including the upper face of the sheet material 3 with the resin material for pretreatment applied, so as to be packed.
