PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic instrument for rack mounting, for which the mounting position of the electronic instrument can be shifted to the front of a rack and a handle can be held regardless of the mounting position. SOLUTION: In a standard attaching state in Fig.1(a), the second attaching plate 5b of a rack angle 5 overlaps with the extension part 3a of a front panel holding a bend part 1a on the side face of a main chassis in-between. In an offset attaching state in Fig.1(b), the second attaching plate 5b is at a position separated in a depth direction more than the extension part 3a of the front panel 3. In both cases, the handle 4 is attached to the extension part 3a of the front panel. By bringing the rear surface of the second attaching plate 5b of the rack angle 5 into contact with the column part of the rack and attaching a screw from the front of the front panel 3 through through-holes (oblong holes) 16 and 17 to the column part, a power amplifier is mounted on the rack.
