PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing performance in retrieval, and to reduce resources. SOLUTION: This information processor using a plurality of retrieval means for retrieval has: an acquisition means acquiring a retrieval query; a retrieval means performing the retrieval based on the retrieval query acquired in the acquisition means and a retrieval characteristic of the retrieval means; a retrieval order determination means determining an order of the retrieval; a retrieval query transmission means transmitting the retrieval query to the first retrieval means determined in the retrieval order determination means; a storage device information reception means receiving storage device information on a storage device storing the result of the retrieval; and a retrieval result extraction means extracting the result of the retrieval from the storage device based on the storage device information received in the storage device information reception means.
