An intelligent surge protective device capable of effectively protecting facility is provided to maintain internal surge protective system with minimum manpower and minimum cost on a real time. An SPD(Surge Protective Device)(20) prevent generation of malfunction or danger factor of electric, electronic, and communications device due to surge flowed to an inner part and an outer part of a building. A protective device(37) blocks the surge by a lightning, and processes a bulk surge current. An intelligent managing module(21) collects and calculates surge protective information generated by absorbing or by-passing surge energy, and transmits the surge protective information to an external monitoring part(41). A high speed disconnection part(35) separates the SPD from an external power supply system part(50), and is controlled by the intelligent managing module in order to block dangerous situation. An overheat sensing disconnection part(36) senses temperature, and is opened/closed. A charging part(38) supplies power source required in circuit operation.
