<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element connecting unit capable of facilitating an installing operation on a lamp. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 30 of the unit 1 is stored while a strip-shaped terminal 51 is vertically penetrated into the unit 1. A spring section 51a of the terminal 51 pushes a lead section 11 to the side while it is covered by a cover 20 after the terminal 51 is stored into the housing 30. A joining section 51b is joined with an electric wire 41 after the terminal 51 is stored in the housing 30. Sections lower than a bending section 51c are respectively inserted into insertion holes 31a, 31c from an lower end side while a locking section 51d is folded. A contact section 31b regulates the terminal 51 from moving below caused by contact with the lower surface of the bending section 51c bent to the side. The locking section 51d opens toward the side after the housing 30 stores the terminal 51.
