PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system appropriately reducing the load in data delivery.

SOLUTION: A delivery request sending part 301 sends a delivery request to a server. When a device (terminal 12) is selected as the highest node by the server, a route decision part 302 decides a delivery route beginning with the device to connect nodes introduced by the server toward the bottom. A data reception part 303 receives data delivered from the next higher node connected according to the decided delivery route. When there is the next lower node connected according to the delivery route, a data sending part 308 sends the received data to the next lower node. When the device is the lowest node, a reception notice return part 309 returns a reception notice to the highest node when the data reception part 303 receives the data.
