<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for optical use and a resin material for optical use, high in transparency, having both moderate tackiness and impact-absorbing ability, while low in skin irritancy and easy to handle, and inert to the constituent materials of an image display device panel as well, thus suitable for image display device applications. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for optical use comprises (A) a (meth)acrylic acid-based derivative polymer, (B) monofunctional (meth)acrylic acid-based derivative monomers and (C) a bifunctional or higher functional (meth)acrylic acid-based derivative, wherein the monomers B comprise (B1) a (meth)acrylic acid-based monomer of general formula (1) (wherein, l is an integer of 2-4; m is 0 or 1; and n is an integer of 8-18) and (B2) at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyalkyleneoxyalkyl ether (meth)acrylate with ≥4 recurring units and a polyalkyleneoxy (meth)acrylate with ≥4 recurring units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
