PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic seamless belt having uniform electric properties and capable of providing a high-quality image, an intermediate transfer belt suitable for forming a full-color image, and a full-color image forming apparatus using the intermediate transfer belt. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic seamless belt comprises at least a carbon black and a polyimide resin, wherein the polyimide resin is an imidization product of polyamic acid, and the carbon black is a neutral carbon black having a BET specific surface area of 60-100 m<SP>2</SP>/g and a volatile matter content of≤2.0 wt.%.
