PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a free-of-charge communication fee of a mobile terminal contracted to a mobile communication carrier, as needed. SOLUTION: This communication fee notifying system includes a mobile communications network connecting a mobile terminal of a transmission source to a mobile terminal of a reception destination by means of communication. The mobile communications network includes a control means. The control means uses information of a free-of-charge communication fee of the mobile terminal of the transmission source, and information of a unit communication fee between the mobile terminal of the transmission source and the mobile terminal of the reception destination. The control means calculates free-of-charge communication-available fees, related to the communication between the mobile terminal of the transmission source and the mobile terminal of the reception destination, at the starting point of the communication, a point during the communication, and an ending point of the communication by using the free-of-charge communication fee and the unit communication fee.
