PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a luminaire is conventionally fixed onto a ceiling and so a fluorescent lamp located at a high position is hard to replace and clean. SOLUTION: An arm storage case (1) on the upper part of the luminaire and a body (2) are connected to each other via arms (4). When the body (2) is pulled down, the arms (4) are elongated and moved down. With the body (2) turned 90°, the fluorescent lamp is easy to replace and clean in a frontward turned condition.
