<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a voltage is compensated by a feeder voltage compensating device of an alternating current electric railway, there may be generated an overvoltage in the feeder due to a response delay of an inverter. <P>SOLUTION: An overvoltage detection circuit for detecting the overvoltage in which a vehicle is made to have a regeneration invalidated voltage is provided at the output side of a voltage detection circuit of the feeder, and the operation of the inverter is stopped when the overvoltage is detected. Further, a rest period setting part is provided at the output side of the overvoltage detection circuit. By this rest period setting part, even if an overvoltage detection signal no longer exists, the operation of the inverter is stopped for a certain period of time. Furthermore, a reactive power command value restriction part is provided at the output side of the overvoltage detection circuit. When the overvoltage detection signal no longer exists, a reactive power command of the inverter is controlled to be recovered gradually from zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
