PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a pattern of a training signal suitable for communication processing in a terminal device. SOLUTION: A radio control section 28 generates a packet signal in which a training signal is arranged for a MODEM section 24 and a baseband processing section 22. The radio control section 28 sets a pattern to be used in common with another base station device as a training signal for a packet signal to be used for reporting information. On the other hand, the radio control section 28 sets a pattern to be used individually from the other base station device as a training signal for a packet signal to be used for communicating with a terminal device.
