The present invention provides a shoe outsole which is constructed such that a front outsole part (21) and a rear outsole part (22) are integrally coupled to a lower surface of a shoe body (10), so that acupressure is repeatedly applied to a portion of a foot of a user which pertains to the pancreas of the user, thus promoting secretion of insulin, thereby naturally reducing a blood sugar level of the user who is diabetic. Furthermore, the present invention can improve the shape of the foot, even if the arch of the foot has become deformed. The present invention is char¬ acterized in that a middle outsole part (23) is provided between the front outsole part (21) and the rear outsole part (22), which are integrally provided under the shoe body.
