<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle regenerated waste liquid discharged at a time when a cation exchange resin to which hardness ingredients are adsorbed in a water softener is regenerated as a regenerated liquid used to easily regenerate the cation exchange resin and to obtain a method and a device for recycling the regenerated waste liquid for the water softener that recycles substances contained in the regenerated waste liquid as recyclable resources. <P>SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a regenerated waste liquid storage tank 3 that is connected to the water softener 2 and stores the regenerated waste liquid discharged at a time when the cation exchange resin to which the hardness ingredients are regenerated and an alkali metal hydroxide adding means 4 that adds an alkali metal hydroxide to the regenerated waste liquid held in the tank 3, and the regenerated waste liquid discharged at the time when the cation exchange resin is recycled in the tank 3, and the alkali metal hydroxide is added to the regenerated waste liquid with the alkali metal hydroxide adding means 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
