PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aromatic amine derivatives that realize an improved yield in the production of organic electroluminescent elements, because the molecules are resistant to crystalization, and also realize prolonged operating life of the elements. SOLUTION: The aromatic amine derivative according to this invention is represented by general formula (1) A-L-B (wherein L is a linking group comprising specific arylene groups or the like, A and B are specific diaryl amino groups wherein A and B are not identical and three or more among four specific aryl groups are different one another).
