A couple mp3 terminal with a local low-power transceiver module using ism band frequency is provided to transmit music data to a plurality of earphones and head set without error and noises through a single mp3 player. A couple mp3 terminal with a local low-power transceiver module using ism band frequency includes a wireless multi-channel access system chip(200) which wirelessly provides music in the ISM band through a single mp3 terminal(100). The wireless multi-channel access system chip comprises a PWM power control unit, a first ISM band transmission unit transmitting audio signal to a plurality of couple earphones and couple head set, a first ISM band receiving unit amplifying signal, a universal serial bus and audio selecting unit which performs transmission to the ISM band transmission unit, an LCD display control unit which controls in order to display information transmitted from a transmission side terminal, an mp3 setting unit delivering the music reproduced at the same time, a key pad control unit controlling the command inputted from button keys of the mp3 terminal, and a microphone control unit which outputs or records audio data inputted through a microphone.
