摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material having a transparent coating film with low refractive index and high film strength, by a coating film comprising a hollow silicone based fine particle aggregate and a matrix resin having high porosity, indicating low refractive index, having sufficient productivity, being hardly broken, and having a particle diameter of 1μm or less with narrow particle diameter distribution. SOLUTION: A hollow silicone based particle aggregate is used, in which the hollow silicone based particles are coagulated and a volume average particle diameter is in a range of 0.04-1μm. The transparent coating film with a low refractive index and a high film strength can be prepared by a coating liquid for forming the transparent coating film containing the aggregate, an organic solvent and the matrix resin.
