PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a fact that calves cannot be sufficiently submersed due to shallowness of a foot-bath tub although foot-bath and arm-bath in a highly-concentrated carbonic water have become popular in recent years. SOLUTION: A method and equipment are proposed by which a heat insulator and plastic bag that mimic shapes of legs or arms are used, the legs or arms are put into the plastic bag, then the legs or arms are further put into the heat insulator, and the highly-concentrated carbonic water is injected between the bag and the legs or arms. Thus, an amount of the carbonic water can be minimized, and a further decrease in water temperature can be prevented.
