A vacuum insulated switch and a vacuum insulated switchgear are provided to improve reliability by contacting two moving contacts to each fixed contact using uniform contact force. A vacuum insulated switch includes a vacuum container(3), a vacuum insulated control rod(8), and a guide part(19). Two fixed contacts(4A, 4B) is loaded inside the vacuum container. Two moving contacts(5A, 5B) are contacted/separated in two fixed contacts, and are connected to the vacuum insulated control rod. The guide part guides the control rod. A part(20) for allowing a breakaway of the control rod is installed between the guide part and the control rod.
