A hot plate of a roaster is provided to control a compression level between upper and lower part of a hot plate by installing a tensioning gear between the upper and lower part of the hot plate. A hot plate of a roaster comprises a top and lower heating unit(2) including metal type electric heat plates(20,30) attaching with a nature stone plate(21,31) and a pressurized tensioning gear controlling a compression level of the upper and lower part of the hot plate. The pressurized tensioning gear includes a connector(7) including a rack gear in an opening part of the lower heating unit, a turning gear(8) including a gear engaged in the rack gear and a worm wheel(8b) connecting to a rotary shaft of the turning gear(8a) to run the turning gear. The worm wheel includes a worm screw(8c) and a worm screw operating steering wheel(8d) engaging in the worm wheel. |
