The encrypted EPC code according to the profile of the blind is recorded In the RFID tag. The Bluetooth terminal outputs the voice corresponding to the radio frequency signal received in the Bluetooth mode. The signal lamp system transmits the voice signals of the traffic information and additional information to the Bluetooth terminal. The signal lamp system outputs through the voice output unit. The signal lamp system provides the log information about the blind. The main server manages the log information to the database and performs the proper action by using the log information when the blind is in an emergency situation.
