An inorganic powder-containing resin composition is provided to ensure excellent processability and storage stability without lowering the development and to form an electrode with excellent patterns. An inorganic powder-containing resin composition comprises (A) conductive particles, (B) glass particles having a refractive index of 1.5-1.8 and a glass softening point of 450-600 °C, (C) a binding resin having a glass transition point(Tg) of -50 to 50 °C; (D) a photosensitive material having a glass softening point after curing of 0-100 °C; (E) a photopolymerization initiator; and (F) a fatty acid amid.
